LS140M5LX01 is a 14.0″ diagonal LTPS TFT-LCD display panel product from Sharp Corporation (hereafter called Sharp), with an integral WLED backlight system, without backlight driver, touchscreen In-Cell Touch. It features an operating temperature range of -30 ~ 85°C , a storage temperature range of -40 ~ 95°C . It's general features are summarized by Panelook in the following: sRGB, With Touch, Wide Temperature, WLED Backlight, 180° Reverse . Based on its features, Panelcd recommend that this model be applied to Automotive Display etc. According to the information stored in Panelcd this model mass production on Q4, 2021, Now this model is in production.
